OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The arbitration shall take place in Nashville, Tennessee, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration againstManaged 1031.
